Mira Vista Vacation Rental

The house is located in a peaceful and secure gated-community in central Rancho Mirage. It's conveniently close to Costco and grocery stores. The house's large, open-concept and high ceilings create spaciousness — perfect for two or three couples to move about comfortably and have privacy. There is a lot of room to spread out, including the separate bar area which is a handy space to store extra items. The open kitchen allows several people to be in there working at once. We appreciated how quickly the taps provided hot water. The new fridge is large and includes a beverage center, with an ice-maker/water dispenser. The dining room table has room for six people and the chairs are comfortable. We loved our time in the private, comfortable, quiet backyard, which offers an excellent combination of sunny spots and shaded areas throughout the day. The outdoor umbrellas came in handy on particularly hot days. The saltwater pool is lovely and refreshing, and the large spa easily accommodates 6 adults. The backyard is appropriate for pets, and the turf makes it easy to clean up after them. We sometimes enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fire table; the ambience of the backyard at night with the fire and the outdoor lights was really peaceful. It is a bonus to have cable TV which offers so many channels. The garage is large and accommodates two vehicles, plus the driveway offers extra parking. Two private pickle-ball courts (which rarely were used by other people during our stay) are conveniently located close to the house. The courts have sound-reducing walls, so as to not disturb surrounding houses. Denean responded to our questions promptly. *It's a new rental with a bit of work still to be done including updating of some kitchen items (ie. toaster) and additions (ie. more clothes hangers).

My husband and I rented this Rancho Mirage home in Mira Vista through the holidays and throughout the following month, hosting numerous visitors in this lovely home. The open floor plan provided perfect spaces for group gatherings with seating for 6 in the living area (featuring a large sectional and flat screen TV) and an adjacent dining table that hosted our holiday dinners and game nights. The centrally located kitchen served as a social hub with ample space for multiple cooks, fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware that met all our culinary needs. All three bedrooms offered comfortable accommodations, particularly the master suite which felt like a private retreat. The newly landscaped backyard became our outdoor oasis where we spent countless hours enjoying the hot tub (my personal favorite feature) and perfect desert weather. The community amenities across the street - including a pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts accessible within minutes - were a fantastic bonus. Throughout our stay, the owners were exceptionally accessible and responsive, making this rental everything we hoped for in a desert getaway!
